‘READY FOR WAR’ – the promo video of Khabib – published on Instagram.
UFC 254 will be the first fight for Khabib which is without his father. He is working very hard for this scheduled fight this month. Related to this fight he put a promo video on his verified Instagram account. The video was mostly based on his training montage for the fight. In this posted video on Instagram, which is titled “READY FOR WAR”, we show that Khabib was clinching, wrestling as well as striking with his training partners.
This is smart marketing for Khabib to putting this kind of video on Instagram. It shows what will be the style in the upcoming fight. As always, he relies on his wrestling that we all know but the montage shows the striking as well.
The Russian MMA fighter Khabib Nurmagomedov will return to Octagon at UFC 254 after a long awaiting. The event will be placed this month. He was scheduled for UFC 249 to fight against Tony Ferguson but Khabib was unable to attain that fight due to COVID-19. He was forcefully replaced by Justin Gaethje. That incident is the cause for delayed his return. As Justin won the title at UFC 249, he is the chosen one to fight with Khabib for UFC Lightweight Championship at UFC 254.
